Electric Ube Frother
One button, ten seconds, no lumps. The handheld frother we use to make every ube latte on this site, with a stand so it lives on the counter instead of in a drawer.
Smooth, frothy purple in 10-15 seconds. No whisking, no clumps.
Hot or cold milk, any milk. Works just as well on matcha and cocoa.
Comes with a stand, so it dries upright and stays off the worktop.

How it works
Drop in a teaspoon of UBIYAM, add hot or cold milk and press once. Ten to fifteen seconds later you have a smooth, frothy purple latte - no whisking, no clumps.
What's in the box
One handheld electric frother and its stand. Pairs with any UBIYAM ube powder pouch.
Care & cleaning
Rinse the whisk under warm water after each use and let it air-dry on the stand. Don't submerge the handle.

- 2 pieces: frother and stand
- Any milk, hot or cold
Rinse under the tap, stand it up, done.
Built for the ube latte
Ube powder is finer than cocoa and it wants to clump. A frother breaks it into the milk in one go, which is the difference between a purple drink and a purple drink with bits in it.
- Teaspoon of powder, splash of hot water
- Press once, count to ten
- Top up with the milk you like

Questions about the frother
Does it come with batteries?
It takes two AA batteries, which are not included - almost everyone has a pair in a drawer, and it saves shipping restricted goods.
Can I use it on hot milk?
Yes, hot or cold. For an iced latte, froth the paste with a splash of hot water first, then pour over ice.
Will it work on anything else?
Matcha, cocoa, protein shakes, salad dressing. Anything that needs to stop being lumpy.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the whisk end under warm water and stand it up to dry. Keep the handle out of the water.
What goes with it
The powder it was made for, and the recipes to point it at.
