Is UBIYAM® really 100% natural?
Yes. UBIYAM® contains only one ingredient: pure purple yam (ube) powder. No fillers. No added sugar. No preservatives. No artificial flavoring. That's it.
Where does your ube come from?
Our purple yam is grown and harvested on farms in the Philippines, the native home of authentic ube. It is then gently dried, milled and packed in a GMP-certified facility, and every batch is lab tested for purity, color and nutrient density before it ships.
Does it contain added sugar?
No. UBIYAM® contains no added sugar. The subtle sweetness comes naturally from the purple yam itself.
Is UBIYAM® vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. UBIYAM® is plant-based, vegan, naturally gluten-free, and dairy-free.

How do I prepare UBIYAM®?
Simply mix 1 to 2 teaspoons into hot or cold milk, smoothies, yogurt, or baking recipes. Stir or blend until smooth and enjoy. For a latte, whisk it first with a splash of hot (not boiling) water into a smooth paste.
What does it taste like?
Ube has a mild, slightly nutty, subtly sweet flavor with creamy vanilla-like notes. It pairs beautifully with coconut, milk, and matcha.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. UBIYAM® is naturally caffeine-free.
Will it give me energy?
UBIYAM® contains natural carbohydrates that provide steady, balanced energy, without caffeine spikes or crashes.
Can I drink UBIYAM® every day?
Yes. UBIYAM® can be enjoyed daily as part of a balanced lifestyle.
How long does one bag last?
Each pouch contains enough powder for approximately 20 to 30 servings, depending on how you use it. Most customers use 1 to 2 teaspoons per drink or recipe.
How should I store UBIYAM®?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch tightly after each use.

How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with full tracking and typically arrives within 3 to 5 days of purchase.

What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at info@ubiyam.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send you a free prepaid return label and refund you in full. No fees. The pouch can be opened and partially used; we just ask that at least half remains.
