UBIYAM® was born from a simple idea: bring authentic Philippine ube back to its true form.

Ube the vibrant purple yam native to the Philippines has been part of Filipino kitchens and culture for generations. But most ube products today rely on extracts, artificial coloring, and added sugar. We wanted something different: the actual yam, nothing added.

Our name says it all. "Ubi" is how ube is spelled across much of Southeast Asia, and yam is what it is. UBI + YAM. One name, one ingredient.

From Philippine soil to your spoon

Our purple yams are grown and harvested by local farmers in the Philippines who respect the soil, the seasons, and generations of tradition. Each harvest is gently dried at low temperatures, finely milled, and sealed in a GMP-certified facility. Every batch is lab tested for purity, color, and nutrient density before it ships — no food coloring, no fillers, no additives. If it isn't pure ube, it doesn't ship.
