Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Same-day shipping is not available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (after dispatch)

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (after dispatch)

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing and quality checks before shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 48 hours:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Contact us at info@ubiyam.com with your order number


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or a packing slip has been created, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at info@ubiyam.com. We may be able to assist if your order has not yet shipped.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order for a $10 reshipping fee.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately—we may still be able to correct it before shipment.


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

UBIYAM is not responsible for customs delays. Please respond promptly to any communication from your local customs authority.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries or regions:

Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ubiyam.com with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where applicable, offer a replacement or resolution in accordance with our policies.


Shipping During Peak Periods

During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Weather conditions, customs clearance, and courier capacity may also impact delivery timelines.
