UBIYAM® Returns & Exchanges
At UBIYAM, your satisfaction is our priority, every order is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Here's how our return and exchange process works:
First-Time Orders:
- Returns: You can return an opened or unopened bag for a full refund, as long as at least half of the product remains. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label, but a 15% shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: If you prefer, you can exchange an opened bag for a different bag size or another UBIYAM product of equal value. A $5 flat fee applies for shipping the new item. You're allowed up to 2 exchanges per year (up to 2 items per year).
Second Purchases and Onwards:
- Exchanges Only: For subsequent orders, you can exchange an opened bag for a different UBIYAM product of equal value. A $5 flat fee applies for shipping the new item. You're allowed up to 2 exchanges per year (up to 2 items per year).
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
- If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll ship you the correct product promptly, no fees, no return required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@ubiyam.com with your order number.
- For Returns:
- We'll email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the product securely, include the packing slip, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location (Canada Post for Canadian orders).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days, minus any applicable fees.
- For Exchanges: After your request is approved, your new product will be shipped, and a $5 exchange fee will be applied.
Exclusions: Accessories such as our Electric Milk Frother are not covered by this policy. Digital products (recipe ebooks) and gift cards are non-refundable.
Please note that requests for returns or exchanges should be made within 60 days of the delivery date. All returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are eligible for a refund before processing.
